OVERVIEW – 01

Challenge

As part of a university-wide digital redesign, I was responsible for transforming 98 academic program pages ahead of the new admissions cycle. These pages serve as important touchpoints for prospective students and needed to align with a refreshed brand while improving consistency, discoverability, and content quality. The challenge was balancing a large volume of pages, unique program requirements, multiple stakeholders, and CMS limitations within a tight timeline.

Approach

Led the redesign from planning through launch, translating the university’s new brand direction and content strategy into a scalable experience. I refined content requirements, implemented the updated experience across all 98 program pages within our in-house CMS, and optimized each page using SEO and GEO guidelines. I collaborated with Marketing and academic departments to incorporate assets, validate information, and maintain a consistent experience across programs.

Outcome

Successfully redesigned and launched all 98 academic program pages before the start of the new admissions cycle, creating a unified experience aligned with the university’s refreshed brand. The project established a scalable framework for future optimization by improving content structure, incorporating GEO-focused enhancements, and establishing a scalable foundation for continued SEO, accessibility, and performance improvements.
